Please remind that participants are expected to be available for any of the panel time slots. If your schedule is limited by teaching or travel constraints, please inform the ECPG organizers (info@ecpg-barcelona.com) before December 15th 2012. We will do our best to accommodate any request but we cannot guarantee it.

Participants might have also been assigned a panel chair or discussant role. In order to decline participation as paper giver, panel chair or discussant, please contact the ECPG organizers as soon as possible.

The conference includes 9 panel sessions and several plenary events. The 2013 ECPG will start a new event: the business luncheons. The business luncheons consist in 1.5 hour-sessions over lunch time that provide the opportunity to gather together gender and politics scholars and brainstorm over common research interests, future collaborative research projects, data collection and dataset sharing. Six business luncheons are scheduled to run in parallel on the second day of the conference. The Standing Group will provide for rooms and lunch. Each business luncheon will gather a maximum of 20 registered participants. Further information on business luncheons will be available by mid-February, once registration ends. All registered participants will then receive an e-mail explaining how to join one of the six business luncheons and who to contact.
